Anthony Cain

Area Presbyter - Southeast TN
Pastor - Keith Street Ministries (Cleveland, TN)

Bio

Since answering the call to ministry in 1989, Bishop Anthony Cain has devoted his life to serving God and advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He currently serves as Lead Pastor of Keith Street Ministries and as Area Presbyter for Southeast Tennessee, where he provides spiritual leadership, mentorship, and support to pastors and churches throughout the region.

With a ministry career spanning over three decades, Bishop Cain has faithfully served in various capacities, including roles as a church planter, youth pastor, associate pastor, state youth director, youth camp director, and missions leader. He has also contributed his experience and insight as a committee member on multiple local, state, and national ministry boards.

In addition to his church leadership, Pastor Cain brings a rich background in family and child advocacy, having worked as a Clinical Supervisor with the largest child abuse council in North Georgia, and later serving for over 15 years as a school counselor. These roles have deeply informed his pastoral heart and sharpened his passion for strengthening families within the body of Christ.

Bishop Cain holds an Associate’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Tomlinson College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministries and Human Relations from Point University, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Lee University.

He has been joyfully married for 32 years to his wife Renee, a retired school counselor. Together they have three sons—Zachary (Jaycee), Jonathan (Neeley), and Joshua—and they are proud grandparents to Anderson Russell and Adalynn Marie.

Mission Statement

My mission is to serve, support, and strengthen my local church, the pastors and churches of Southeast Tennessee by providing spiritual encouragement, leadership development, and kingdom-minded collaboration. I am committed to fostering unity among local congregations, equipping leaders with biblical resources, and renewing passion for the Gospel—so that every community in our region experiences the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Vision Statement

To see the pastors and churches of Southeast Tennessee united in purpose, strengthened in spirit, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to lead healthy congregations, preach the uncompromised Gospel, and impact every community with the transforming love of Jesus Christ.

I envision a region where pastors are encouraged, churches are thriving in unity, and the Kingdom of God advances boldly—bringing revival, renewal, and lasting fruit affecting generations to come.
