Description
Ministerial Development and Training (MDT) is a ministry within the Tennessee Church of God of Prophecy. Its mission is to equip, empower, and encourage both seasoned and emerging ministers in their personal, spiritual, and ministerial growth. MDT offers training, mentorship, and resources that focus on biblical foundations, practical ministry skills, and leadership development.
Through structured courses, online classes, ministry intensives, and ongoing support, MDT helps leaders grow in their calling and competency. It also assists ministers in fulfilling their continuing education requirements. Ultimately, MDT aims to raise up healthy, Spirit-led leaders who will faithfully shepherd God’s people and advance the mission of the Kingdom.
