Continuing Education
Each licensed minister* in the Church of God of Prophecy is encouraged to complete twenty (20)
Continuing Education Credits (CECs) per year.
Numerous opportunities throughout the year will be provided to earn CECs. Examples are:

Events sponsored by the International Offices, North American general presbyter’s office, TN State Office, and pre-approved district and local COGOP Leadership Training Events

State sponsored Marriage Retreats, Minister’s Intensives, Equip Training, Powerhouse, Crave, Children’s Worker Training, Thrive and other events. Please refer to the downloadable TN State Ministries Continuing Education Events page below.

Reading Christian non-fiction books

Ministry related seminary and university classes

Online classes provided by the International Offices: LDD, CBL, CM, YM

How to Earn CECs through Reading
With the abundance of good Christian books available, it would be impossible for TN State Office to create an adequate book list for our ministry to earn CECs. Therefore, we are entrusting our ministers with the responsibility to choose worthy books that will enhance their ministries.
After reading a Christian non-fiction book of your choosing and submitting the Continuing Education Credit Book Form below, you will receive 2-3 CECs per book. You may download this fillable pdf and submit it by email or you may print it, complete and mail to:
